Cancellation Policy
Payment is due in full upon registration. You can come into the store and pay in person, or we can take your credit card number over the phone. Some classes fill up very quickly, so we regret that we cannot hold a spot for you without payment.
Cancellation or re-scheduling up to 2 weeks prior to class - $5 charge.
Cancellation or re-scheduling less than 2 weeks, but up to 1 week prior to class - $25 charge.
Cancellation or re-scheduling less than 1 week, but more than 2 business days before the class - charge of 50% of the cost of the class.
Cancellation or re-scheduling less than 2 business days before the class - no refund.
If you cannot make the class, but have a friend who will take your spot, there will be no penalties or extra charges for the substitution.
